Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to services provided by Vantage AI Solutions ("Vantage", "we", "us"), Bristol, UK, to business customers. By booking a Kickstart or engaging us for automation work you agree to them. Where a separate written proposal or statement of work exists, it takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.

2. The Claude Kickstart

• A half-day (around 3.5 hours) or full-day (around 6 hours) session, on-site or remote, as agreed on the intro call.
• Includes: set-up of Claude for your business, hands-on training for the attendees, a prompt library, an audit of automation opportunities, a written AI roadmap delivered within three working days, and two weeks of email/WhatsApp support from the session date.
• Price: £500, payable in advance of the session. Travel within Bristol, Bath and the South West is included; travel further afield is agreed in writing beforehand.
• Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the fee.
• Your Claude subscription is purchased and held by you directly with Anthropic on their terms. We do not resell it, hold your accounts, or have access to them after the session unless you choose to keep us as an admin for follow-on work.

3. Automation services

Launchpad, Accelerate and Transform engagements are scoped in a written proposal that sets out deliverables, timeline and price. Unless the proposal says otherwise: 50% is payable before work starts and 50% on delivery; optional monthly management is invoiced at the start of each month and due within 14 days; either party may end an engagement on 14 days' written notice, with work completed to that date invoiced and any unearned deposit refunded pro rata.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated. Invoices are due on the date shown. We may charge interest on late payments at 4% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. What we don't promise

• Training and roadmap content is practical guidance based on what you tell us and what we observe. It is not legal, financial, tax, HR or other regulated professional advice, and you should take such advice where it matters.
• AI tools produce drafts that can be wrong. Everything Claude writes is for a person to check before it is used. We are not responsible for content you or your team send or act on without review.
• Estimates of time saved in a roadmap are estimates, based on figures you provide. They are not guarantees of outcome.
• We don't control Claude or Anthropic's services, pricing, availability or policies, and can't be responsible for changes to them.

6. Intellectual property

On payment, the prompt library, roadmap, documentation and any custom automation we build for you are yours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how, and of the Vantage brand and website. We won't name you or describe your engagement publicly without your written permission.

7. Confidentiality and data

We keep what we learn about your business confidential, and we'll sign a reasonable NDA before starting if you ask. Documents you share for a Kickstart are deleted within 30 days of the session unless agreed otherwise. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Trademarks

Vantage AI Solutions is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
